All our staging packages are customised based on the furniture and accessories that are needed for your property along with other factors such as location, access and whether the property is vacant or occupied. Our full home staging packages start from $2,000. Partial home staging packages vary widely and are priced on an individual basis. We offer two options for our initial staging packages so you can choose the one that best suits the needs of your marketing campaign and budget. The duration of the initial packages we offer are for four weeks and six weeks. If for some reason the property does not sell in the time period of your initial package and you want to keep your property staged a little longer, we then offer a weekly rollover rate. This rate is 15-20% of the initial fee and is based on availability, however as we carry a large amount of inventory we can generally always fulfil a rollover request. We require one weeks’ notice to end the staging campaign.

Depending on the size of the property, location and access, staging will generally be completed within one day. Staging installations are usually completed one or two days before marketing photography is scheduled.

Yes, we are happy to stage the home you are living in. We are happy to try and work with your existing furniture or we may suggest we remove your furniture and stage it with ours while you are living in the house. Additional cleaning charges may apply when a property we stage is occupied.

Payment is required in full before your staging installation date. If your property sells earlier than anticipated, get in touch and we'll come and collect the staging whenever it's most convenient for you. We don't give refunds for earlier collections.

The Furniture Creations warehouse is located in Hamilton and we own all the furniture, furnishings, and accessories we use. Our range is sourced from both wholesalers and retail stores.

Furthermore, given the large number of properties we can stage at any one time, it's difficult to predict exactly what we'll have available on any given day because our inventory is always changing.
