What is home staging?
Home Staging is the act of preparing a property for sale. The goal of Home Staging is to make a home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers, thereby selling a property more swiftly and for more money. Staging techniques focus on improving a property’s appeal by transforming it into a welcoming, attractive home that anyone can see themselves living in.

Why should I stage my home?
You only get one chance to make a great first impression. A well staged home is aesthetically pleasing, inviting and comfortable.

How long does it take to stage a property?
Depending on the size of the property, staging will generally be done within one day

How much does it cost?
The price of Home Staging varies depending upon whether the home is vacant or occupied and how many rooms require staging. We offer an initial no obligation on site consultation to ascertain how much furniture is required. We will then supply you with a written quote.

How long is the average hire campaign?
Our packages are for Four Weeks. If for some reason the property does not sell in the first four weeks we then offer a weekly Rollover rate. This rate is only 15% of the initial Four Week fee. We require one weeks’ notice to end the hire.

Can I occupy my home if it is staged?
Yes, we are happy to stage the home you are living in. We are happy to try and work with your existing furniture or we may suggest we remove your furniture and stage it with our while you are living in the house.

Does home staging work?
While there is no guarantee that your home will sell once staged it has been proven that Home Staging is a viable option in getting your home sold more quickly and for more money.
